The subscription gives you access to every song and mix on the RoyaltyFreeFitnessMusic.com platform for an unlimited number of video projects throughout the term of your subscription (monthly or annually). This license covers distribution on any platform, excluding broadcast television or equivalent (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc) and nationally/internationally distributed theatrical releases. In short, as long as your video won't air on TV or show in theaters you are covered by the subscription license.

The Monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime. Annual subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No partial refunds are offered.

No. The license we issue for each of your projects is for perpetual, ongoing distribution of the content created during the license term and never expires even if you cancel. For the avoidance of doubt, if you cancel your monthly or annual subscription, you can no longer produce or release new video projects using our music. But the content already produced and released while you were an active subscriber can be distributed in perpetuity.

Bottom line: Any work you create and release while a member can remain on any platform even after your membership ends. Your only limitation is you can't create or release any new content after you cancel.

NOTE: You are only able to access the music and create and release content using this music while your subscription is active.

For example: If you create a video while you have an active subscription but then cancel your subscription, you can’t release that content at a later date. All video content must be published or released while you have an active subscription in place.

To release previously created content using our music, you would need to resubscribe to our membership.

As soon as you join Royalty Free Fitness Music please contact us so we can whitelist your channel. This will allow copyright claims identifying our music to be auto-released, and will allow you to monetize your videos on YouTube. However, "false positives" (the YouTube music identification algorithm identifying copyright-protected music in their system) do happen. Should this happen, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to assist you in getting the claim released or helping you find alternative music in our catalog. Please read our Terms & Conditions page for more specific information.

Yes, once you have made your RoyaltyFreeFitnessMusic.com subscription purchase you can download an invoice directly in your account settings area. This invoice also serves as proof of license.

Weekly. Our team works to provide the best new fitness music available for synchronization in the background of fitness video content.

This subscription license does not include:

• The right to compile music from RoyaltyFreeFitnessMusic.com and resell the music in any manner.
• To replicate a similar or competing service
• The ability to use this music on broadcast television and equivalent streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, etc) or national/international theatrical releases.

We provide a synchronization license for music to be paired with visual media specifically. Please contact us for any additional information or questions you may have.

Once you are a member, you will have the ability to download 320 Kbps .M4A files for every song or mix on our platform.

Our Custom Mix feature allows you to create a custom mix with songs from our library. Choose the songs, order, BPM and more to create the perfect playlist for your video. This is a cost-effective and efficient program that saves YOU money and time from doing the work yourself or paying a music editor to do it for you. Once you've created and built your mix our expert software will finalize it and after a few minutes it will be ready for you to download directly to your computer.

1. Click the + icon next to a song to begin building your mix
2. Use the Quick Links on the right to search by Style, BPM, etc.
3. To preview a track, click the ‘Play’ icon to the left of the song title
4. To preview how 2 songs will sound mixed together, click ‘Play Mix Transition’ while building your mix.
5. When you’re finished building your mix, add a title and then click “Create Mix.”
